Best cookies evah!

1 c. butter
220 g. brown sugar
1 egg
150 g. muesli
185 g. raisins

180 g. all purpose flour (or bread flour, or whatever you have on hand)
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/4 t. baking soda

[for the scale deficient:
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. muesli
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flour]

Cream together butter and sugar; beat in egg. Mix in muesli and raisins. Sift together remaining dry ingredients; mix into batter. Scoop or ball (about walnut size) onto parchment; flatten with a fork. Bake at 375ºF for 15 min. Makes ~5 dozen cookies.
